Jack made a rustic pear tart
Why is the oven so cold
Yet turned way up on high?
Is my recipe that flawed,
Our crust run so dry?
Yet there's still this apple peel
That we've kept through our lives
Love, love will pear us a tart again

Apple peel! Of course!
That tart should be joyously divided into 8 to 10 slices.

I thought Jack WAS a rustic pear tart (but in a really sweet and wonderful way!!) ;-) It would taste great with a glob of vanilla ice cream on top.
