We were so happy when poohbearjim moved to San Francisco.

And so devastated when he received the diagnosis of the colon cancer that would eventually take his life, a year ago today.

Thanks for this post of remembrance. I've kept Jim on my friends list, so that I remember not just the loss of such a dear man, but that his birthday is tomorrow. I will always celebrate knowing him.
