Don't mess with my CD order

qbear just called me from home, to tell me that a music catalog with whom I’ve been having a feisty e-mail exchange has decided to give me some sort of discount.

“I ordered from them and they didn’t give me the sale price!” I tell him. “I ordered from their catalog, where it says on the front in big letters, ‘the more you buy, the more you save.’ I bought, but I didn’t save!”

“Well, they’ve decided to give you the discount credit after all,” Jack said.

“Good! You don’t want to mess with me! I’m a ferocious consumer!”

“Yes,” Jack agreed. “You are an inspiration to curmudgeons everywhere!”
