Who went to a filthy San Francisco street fair?

Our friends John and Frank visited over the weekend, for their first trip to a filthy San Francisco street fair (since Hairrison isn’t really that filthy). After a nice dinner out Saturday night with alpenhorn and sflonestar, we watched a bunch of musical clips on DVD and then had brunch Sunday morning with poohbearjim and profkampf before dressing in slutwear and heading out to the Dore Alley Street Fair.

Note the lovely and colorful Fiestaware and Madonna Inn glassware. We’re so proud. profkampf is missing because he took the photo. The breakfast menu: French toast, real maple syrup, Santa Claus melon, bacon, bagels and cream cheese, orange juice, apple juice, coffee, and for Jack, green Jello.

John and Frank will be up at Lazy Bear all week, so if you’re heading up that way and you see them, say hello. (We’ll be up there Saturday, but just for the day.)

French toast, real maple syrup, bacon, Cassaba melon, coffee----mmm, delicious! Only you can't tell, but I'm sitting in front of a bowl of green jello, which with apple juice was my brunch. Can you guess why? (Hint: I turned 50 last year)
