Looks like Alaska for $2.5 Billion. What are the options for staying on, but transferring to Palm Springs so that you can work a more normal schedule? You would also cut the expense of keeping a residence in SF. I'm sure that's not ideal, but it may be a better option than the buy out. I really enjoyed working the for America West when we had a good corporate culture. At least in Colorado, there are a lot more job opportunities now that 6 years ago. There could be a better job out there for you, where you can telecommute from SFO or PSP.
