You have room to add a whole wall of cupboards coming out where the fridge is. The fridge could go on the other side of the sink or at the end of the new run of cupboards. I realize this is supposed to be an "eat in" kitchen with a little bistro table. But who wouldn't want a bigger kitchen? Sorry, I can't turn my design-ness off sometimes.
