Its an interesting question: at what point are bands cemented enough to no longer be one off acts.. Like the Killers and The Kaiser Chiefs, Franz Ferdinand are dropping their third album. Scissor Sisters arn't far behind. Thats kind of a marker for me. I think they are pretty veteran compared to most of that list.
