The meal included:
Thai-spiced Salmon
Coconut rice with aged turmeric *
Baby carrots with soy-peanut sauce
Cucumber salad
I garnished with radish and cucumber discs ... yeah, I know, very fancy, uh huh.
* I found that the spice jar of turmeric had a "Shop 'n' Save" price tag on it ... Shop 'n' Save is where we bought our groceries, back in Albany, N.Y., before we moved to San Francisco in 1997.
