Took three final exams today, with one more to go. Thanks to the efficiency of online tests and automatic grading, I already know a few of my grades:
-- Javascript and AJAX Programming, got 100%. My average for the semester is about 104, thanks to extra credit projects.
-- Advanced Apache Webservers, got 93%. Depending on how lenient or hard-nosed the professor is, I'll either get an A for the semester, or a B, if the final installation project I presented in class yesterday turns out to have unforseen problems. I expect an A.
-- MySQL, don't know yet. Have an A going in, and expect an A as well.
-- PHP final is a lab, and not available until Tuesday night. I have until Friday to get it done.
-- Already got an A for the Intro to Apache Webservers class, which came before the Advanced class.
Finally, this semester, with its fairly heavy course load, is just about over. It was easier than I remember college being, back in the day, probably because life is less stressful nowadays ... fewer worries about where I'm going to scrounge up my next meal, for one. Worries about just the opposite, in fact, although our dieting and gym-going is paying off and I've gone from a high of 248 down to 227 lbs. Jack has likewise lost weight, although I'm not sure how much. His pants keep falling down, although I'm not sure if that's due to weight loss or he's just a slapper with yo-yo knickers.

As I was dropping off Jack at work this morning, he was telling me how his co-worker, F---- Chu, had a baby, and since it was a boy, he could have named it "Charleston," so he could be "Charleston Chu."
And when I picked Jack up at work, on our way to the gym, we continued the conversation, and I said that if it had been a girl, he could have named it Elly, and after Darth Vader (since he's a programmer and thus probably a Star Wars fan), and she would be: Elly Vader Chu.
"Been holding on to that one all day, haven't you?" Jack asked.
