When you have only two leftover pork chops that you were planning to eat for dinner …
But then there’s a third mouth to feed, when a friend decides on the spur of the moment to come over to watch Battlestar Galactica …
What do you do?
Pork Chop Helper
2 pork chops, with leftover gravy
1 can cream of mushroom soup
1 package tortellini
1 cup sour cream
Cook tortellini. Chop pork chops. Mix everything together, throw in a pan, bake until bubbly. Add a weird spine of fresh mushrooms if you are the morbid sort.
