01: beeftenderloin (Mark) -- Why am I thankful for Live Journal? Because it makes possible to obtain such great friends as you, all across the country. Our trip to Palm Springs last year was just one of great times we've spent together.
03: toonbear (Matt) -- Haven't seen you posting much recently, but hope you do. I'll always be thankful for your online diversion and conversation when I was recovering from my broken leg last year.
06: lostactivist (Charlie) -- Whenever we're out at the Lone Star, I keep seeing people who I think may be you. But they're probably not. You're still cute, though.
06: trapezebear (Pete) -- Ah wad pow'r the giftie gi'e us, to see oursels as others see us. Let's hope we don't fall off the pedestals we put each other on. *smooches*
07: ursusarctos (James) -- You are one of my oldest online bear friends. Somewhere in a box I still have your Mac sounds disks, from around the time of "Beers, Steers and Queers." Someday I hope we'll meet in person, and I can give you a big, big, big hug.
07: djmrswhite (Dave) -- I feel very privileged to have gotten to know you. You are an original, and a very likable, funny guy.
07: theoctothorpe (Chris) -- Hope we can meet up when we're in Stamford later on this month!

08: sfmini (Stephen) -- Hope your health problems clear up. Look forward to seeing you driving your Mini around the neighborhood.
08: joebehrsandiego (Joe) -- Like I said to Mark, it's things like the friendships we've made with you that make us grateful for Live Journal. You're a terrific guy.
09: sf_luke (Luke) -- You are so smart and funny ... I long for the day when I am on the same airplane as you. Jack wouldn't be so afraid to fly if we were in your capable hands.
11: bearbait -- Hope to meet you someday. Love your journal and your artwork. You did one of my favorite playing cards.
11: deaconcub (Mike) -- Good to finally spend some time with you at Bob's pool party last month. You're one cool guy!
12: iowacub -- Always nice to see you online. Maybe someday meet in person, too. No need to bring the flashlight.
13: carytown (Cary) -- Great to meet you in March. You are in the top tier of houseguests, you know, for many reasons!
19: bconn (Brian) -- Good to have met you this past year as well!
19: anziulewicz (Chuck) -- Haven't met you in person, but you seem like a really good guy.
20: zoxobear (Tyler) -- Great to watch you grow up, from a cute young cub to a handsome, cool bear. (You and Larry need to tell us when you're coming to SF so we can go to Planet Big too.)
21: profkampf (Ray) -- You already got my card! Also, it's been wonderful (if bittersweet) to see more of you these past few months. I'll always think of that day we spent together in 2000, doing all four Florida Disney parks, as one of my "favorite days ever."
21: markosf (Mark) -- One of my favorite squaredancing buddies. I hope we get to hang out more, like we did last year in Santa Clara.
23: funkybearmartin (Martin) -- Never quite sure if you remember having met me, but I always remember you, because you're so much fun. I'll try not to be so shy, and do say hello, next time I see you at some bear event.
23: gorkabear (Xavier) -- Miss seeing you online, but glad we can stay in touch here.
24: bearzbub (Victor) -- I just wish we made out more, to hear more of your DJ sets! Whenever I've heard you spin, it's been awesomely enjoyable. Come over sometime if you want to tape anything I have.
29: lfkbear – Larry) -- I'm proud to know someone who has been on such an amazing journey towards the person he wants to be, with the job he wants, with the man he wants! Congratulations!
