At first I picked Yet Wah. I don't really like the food that much, but the size and location (there's a square dance nearby that night!) were good. Then double_ohsteven said that Chinese on Saturday night followed by Chinese dim sum on Sunday morning might not be such a good idea. (Although I'd gladly eat Chinese every day.)

I like the Hooters idea.
